This process reduces logistics, processing and repair costs, decreases TAT of
product, removes the chance of incorrect engineer returns contaminating stock, and with the help of our
statistics and feedback, the customer is able to pinpoint areas of improvement with field engineers,
end users or sites.
- Filter for all returned product from field engineers or customers.
- NFF product is quickly returned back into the customers good stock (R&R can be used as a customer FSL if required) reducing costly TAT’s at repair.
- Manufacturer Warranty is checked, we will process this claim on the customers behalf.
- Details of faulty items will be reported daily to the customer or available via our real time weblink. Giving a full serialised audit trail.
- Faulty items on customer agreement can be repaired at one of our extensive in-house workshop facilities, or managed by R&R to a manufacturer or external repair house.
- Any items that are repairable or good excess can be processed via our asset recovery process were we share the revenue with the customer upon selling the part.
- As we are an Environment Agency ATF, any item that is not repairable can be processed via our WEEE compliant recycling service.
- All good, repaired or asset recovery items are quality checked to the highest standard. The units cleaned, anti-static bagged, re-packed with customer specific labelling.
All manufacturers and all desktop, laptop, server, printer, EPOS, networking, TFT’s, parts and whole units are
suitable for this process.
