Transport / Strategic Locations
The rapid and cost effective transportation of products is key to providing benefits that you can pass on to your customers.
R&R have established relationships with numerous couriers providing UK, European and Worldwide Shipments and a variety of services and tariffs.
With many of these couriers we have integrations or direct links into their systems, which provide up to the minute information and allow us to ship products
right up to pick-up cut off points.
In addition to we are able to accommodate custom requirements including, direct shipments, plain or custom packaging and custom labelling options.
Shipments in the UK can utilise ByBox locations and European orders can be shipped directly from strategic stock locations.
IT Solutions and Integration
Our in-house order management system has been custom developed by our programming team and can easily be adapted to handle and manage specific
customer process requirements. The system provides a fine-grained level of tracking information and can produce detailed custom reporting.
Integrations with a variety of external services and systems have become integral in providing our high level of customer service.
Electronic invoicing and purchase orders are also available where required.
