R&R, quality is of paramount importance. We operate to exacting
standards currently achieving a warranty return rate of <2% and a DOA
rate <0.5%.
- The majority of storage product is 100% yield i.e. a fixed price
repair, therefore offering maximum advantage of "lowest cost of
ownership" a saving which can be passed onto your customers. All
repaired items are covered by our comprehensive warranty, 6 months tape
product, 12 months all other product.
Our standard turnaround time is 5 working days, though this can be
improved upon by taking advantage of one of the following services:
- Advanced Exchange - We will offer the required part
direct from R&R stock, reducing your turn around time to same or
next day. Upon receipt, your faulty unit will be repaired and returned
to R&R stock.
