I just wanted to say a huge "thank you" to your team, and Will Hodges in particular,
for all the trouble that you have taken to enable the recovery of data from a failed
hard-drive on one of our portable computers. I know that it has been very difficult
for you to track down the correct parts but I have been impressed with everyone's
courtesy throughout and, particularly, with Will's perseverance!
The truth is that, as two other attempts at data recovery had failed before the
disk reached you, I did not expect a successful recovery. You can imagine how delighted
I am. If you have no objection, I shall forward R&R's contact details to the local
computer dealer who now look after our machines.
