Data Recovery for Server, RAID and NAS
Business Critical Data Recovery
Data Recovery from RAID, Server or NAS devices has never been so important, with most businesses dependent on their valuable data.
Even with backup plans in place, we understand that businesses will still often require a rapid and completely managed Data Recovery solution.
Your complete solution
Whilst most RAID systems are designed to be fault tolerant, this doesn't make them faultless, and a RAID will sometimes fail beyond the point of recovery by conventional methods. However,
our experience over the years has shown that it is not usually a technical or design fault that will cause failure, due to their complexity it is simple human error.
We will recover data from RAID and NAS arrays running all major operating systems and releases, including Widows, Novell, Linux, MAC OS and UNIX.
Our managed Data Recovery Process
Data Recovery is performed using a team of technicians specialising in hardware electronics and software, as often the root cause of failure is a combination of the two.
Our technicians have extensive experience with RAID array, SAN, NAS or any other server system your company may be using, covering all manufacturers. Generally it is only the individual
storage device that is required to complete a recovery, and not the whole system.
Data Recovery in 3 step
Upon receipt at our Data Recovery Centre our hardware technicians will create a replica copy of your device on our network, this is known as a "safe" or "image" copy. This allows our software
technicians to assess the RAID or array images, its configuration, and from there assess the extent of damage without causing further stress to the original drive.
Once our technicians have made a diagnosis, we will provide you with written analysis confirming recoverable information, total time required and a fixed price. At this point authorisation
must be received from you before we commence with the Recovery.
Upon receipt of your authorisation the Data Recovery process will commence. All data advised within the analysis report will be returned on a media format pre-agreed with you.
