R&R Quality Management System
R&R has always been committed to Quality. This is demonstrated through our certification by BSI to BS
EN ISO 9001:2008 and the on going assessment and monitoring that this standard requires.
R&R's management system is applied across the whole company and every member of staff is committed to
ensuring it's success. Through an intranet based system and regular Quality Meetings all aspects of
the company are monitored, validated and controlled. A Quality Manager ensures that our system is implemented to
provide a continuing and appropriate level of control and effectiveness.

Other Important Certifications and Standards
- HMG Infosec Standard 5 Manual "S" and DOD 5220.22 - All data on
working hard drives is wiped to comply with this standard. Non functioning hard drives are degaussed
to CESG standard.
- The CESG Claims Tested Mark (CCTM) - Data Managed Services Ltd has the CCT Mark for its “On Site” Secure Data Destruction
service.
- Recycling compliant with BS14001 - Our proof of commitment to environmental responsibility
- RoHS Compliant - Compliant with EU RoHS Legislation
- Compliant to NHS SyOP 7.13, ISO 27001:2005, Data Protection Act 1998
