R&R operates from two locations in the UK and strategic hubs across mainland Europe, holding in excess of 300,000 parts, and is ideally situated to support even the most demanding SLA and inventory requirements.

R&R offers a complete support solution, this has evolved and refined over the last few years to help dramatically reduce inventory expenditure, and maximise the service levels.
We match and stock customer’s regular parts consumption against their contracted customer estate portfolio, reviewed quarterly. We procure required parts, from the market, asset teardown, OEM excess etc to deliver discounted sales prices, fixed over a defined period, and with guaranteed stock availability.
This stock procurement model stabilizes P&L costs and reduces balance sheet risk. Stock availability reduces the need for reactive purchasing and the associated additional costs.
This approach to managed support allows customers to select and deselect stocked items, in line with contract changes and demands, maintaining the Dynamic.
R&R’s Account Management Team manage stock allocation, processing and performance against SLA via detailed monthly reporting.

R&R is a significant provider of Data Recovery Services to Banks, Government Institutions and Agencies, Corporations and Manufacturers.
Using its hundreds of proprietary tools and techniques, R&R helps businesses and consumers recover lost or corrupted data from all types of operating systems and media and storage devices.
Data Managed Services is compliant with many UK and European standards, regulations and directives to ensure compliance, confidentiality and security. Winner of the "Security Solutions Award 2005"
for their complementary group of services including the unique Onsite Data Destruction Service.

Established in 1980, with headquarters in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire and a specialist tape drive division in Witney, Oxon.
